Bug description:
The quest counts both the action of clicking the crystal and looting the crystal towards its 3 crystal completition mark;
-1/3 you click the crystal and channel to loot it and it counts (there is the bug),
-2/3 you actually loot 1 crystal item,
-3/3 you move on to next crystal to loot it but end up with 2 out of 3 in your inventory.

so the crystal do disappear after you got the 3/3 mark from the quest and before you can actually loot the last item.
There are 16 players as of now that completed the quest dont known how (tried to relog after each loot, or rush to next crystal before it disappeared, etc but didnt work for me).

can confirm. tried reloading, reloging, deleting cache, deleting q items and relooting, abandoned the quest several times, nothing works. after looting the second crystal its counts as 3/3 making the quest ready to turn in and all the crystals disappear so u cant loot the 3rd needed to actually complete the quest.

if possible, it should be changed so the crystals disappear / phase for the player only after you actually turn in the quest and not when its considered ready to turn in. or i guess fixing the quest tracking properly might be faster/easier.

Summoning argent squire and placing the 2 crystals in the bank has let me loot the 3rd one. Try this, could help you out.

Yeah this works, just did that.

quest seems to work fine atm . was able to loot each crystal w/o a problem. i think the issue earlier was a glitch with quest objectives triggering twice randomly.
