[DUPLICATE] Quest item loot bug

Bug description: When we collect quest item, we get 1 quest item but it is counted twice on quest count. I collected 1 Red Bandana, i have 1 Red Bandana in bag but quest counts as 2/6 and we cannot collect 6 Red Bandana and cannot complete the quest.
