Bug description: i cant give the quest to Rensar Greathoof and compelete seems its buged.
Proof: the question mark is not exist when i reach Rensar Greathoof.

Yup i can confirm this just a little while ago i tried to give it to him, but he doesnt even have the question mark above his head despite the mini-map showing it in his exact position backed up by wowhead (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=45426/natures-advance).

Confirm. Tried to relog, erase cache but nothing works
