Since patch, I made a mage because warlock class quest is bugged. I get to legion, EVERYTHING is lvl 110. My class quest, the quest zones, everything. EVERYTHING. I'm lvl 100, I cant do anything against these lvl 110 because of trash gear i don't do any dmg. Is this a bug specific to me?

imgur link, as you can see this is the mage artifact quest. Im lvl 100. the mobs are 110. I have to face 3 of them to start and I have no way of killing them.
