Proof: Aspect of the Wild grants a -200ms modifier to GCD (to help spend the extra focus it generates).

You can see in my character stats that the GCD does not change. My personal testing reflects the same result as I simply cannot get rid of Focus.

I had posted about this before and found that the changed was implemented to Aspect of the Wild in 7.2.5. We are now in 7.2.5 and the effect hasn't been added to the spell.
