Bug description: Evelune Soulreaver [ https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=111775&&name=evelune-soulreaver ] is missing, the npc is not spawned and you can t take the quest for Empowered Rift Core, [ https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=140158&&name=empowered-rift-core ] ..Which is reagent for Rift Cannon [ https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=221561&&name=rift-cannon ] . So..if u don't have Empowered Rift Core u cannot use that class hall skill to auto-complete a world quest
