[Demon Hunter Campain] Rune Ruination: Runelord Ragnar

Hello guys! I have a problem during the Demon Hunter Campain quests. I am at this quest https://www.wowhead.com/quest=42738/rune-ruination-runelord-ragnar . I ve collected all three runes , completed 2 of them and and i want to complete the last, with Ragnar's Rune, i killed him, took the rune from it but the questgiver disappeard ! It was finished, i opened the cage which Shade Malace was, completed the quests and only one remains. On the Minimap appears! with " ? " . but is not there. I abandoned the quest, tried to take it agan, also deleteing CACHE/WTF from wow folder and nothing. Now i don 't know where to take again the quest because the NPC is not there ! (*Stormheim*)

And Here i tried to delete cache wtf and take the quest again but the NPC tottaly disappeard - https://imgur.com/a/IFpYSnB

I really want to complete that quest, i think i need to finish all the campain for unlocking the third relic slot, for that i m doing it!

From there i took the rune, I already have the rune . I need to complete quest at https://www.wow-freakz.com/object_finder.php?object=251220&&name=ragnar-s-runestone , But is not there ! Now I abandoned the quest and can not even take it anymore
