[DUPLICATE] [Important] About the new artifact traits

Alright so, some time ago I did the quest for unlocking the new 7.2 artifact traits with my blood artifact weapon, (everything was just fine). Yesterday while I was doing a scenario it got bugged in the last phase, so I relogged but when I came back my blood weapon was gone. This morning the gm answered my post and gave me a new blood weapon ofc, the problem is that with this new blood weapon I don't have any quest in the violet citadel to unlock the new traits even when I have 52 old traits. Ive sent 2 tickets today the first one just said to relog,chance spec,delete cache..the usual things. I did them but still no quest. In the second ticket i got answered: if you suspect you have found a bug please report it in the following forum underneath. Now I'm doing it...lets see how long will this fiesta go on.
