7.2.5 disconnection issue

Bug description: dear gm; my game keeps disconnecting me within 30 seconds of logging in, this just started to happen as of 1-1-2019, 19:30 pm, before this time nothing was the problem. i tried: unstucking,re-installing game, logging in a different account etc etc. its not a matter of my wifi, i tried going to internet and that works fine. on different network the same problem keeps happening.
Proof: You have been dissconnected (WOW51900312)
