Bug description: Quest item does not spawn the mob Felhound Fledgling.

There is suppose to spawn a special mob from the cave to attack you.
information is on Wowhead too.

The mob spawned should be a Felhound Fledgling (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=108242&name=felhound-fledgling) but it is NOT present. So the quest is uncompletable.

The quest is doable if you catch a Manastalker at 25% health. The problem is just that it is not the right mob for this quest.

We had to make a workaround for reasons, the quest is doable and almost blizzlike.
