Bug description: The server crashes,after i finished the casting,i logined again,i taught the quest and nothing happened with my artifcact weapon

Look,I completed the quest but i didnt get any upgrade for my weapon

could someone responsible help or contact? the quest shows complete in my frost and unholy plus the gun continues the same thing, my frost gun is gom 54 points and my unholy ta with 35 points.
