Details:

I had Artifact Knowledge level 30 and then my scale on main screen disapeared.
People on main channel told me that max lvl is 40.
I learned Artifact Knowledge to lvl 32, but scale didn`t appear after that.
I deleted cache folder and then used https://www.wow-freakz.com/artifact_fix.php

After that my Scale of the Earth-Warder disapeared.
