Bug description: Cancelaura macro for Temporal Shield does not work since the update to 7.2.5. (It should heal you if you use a /cancelaura macro anytime)
Proof: No proof tho can be easily tested.

When Temporal shield is used I can not cancel it for 6 seconds no matter what I do (macro, right click on debuffs etc.) . It makes Mage pvp almost unplayable.

Temporal Shield can no longer be cancelled before its duration expires.

It.s normal for 7.2.5, things changed.
