Bug description: World Quest zoning not working

I kill world bosses but don't get the kill accounted for the world quest, here's an example of Lytheron in Val'sharah I am literally over the star in the map and yet the minimap shows Im not zoned into the little circle that pops up when you are in a world quest boss
