Bug description: i completed [Broken Isles Pathfinder, Part Two] on my main char and got fly on Broken Island.On my off-char i have the achieve but i can't fly....

Confirm. I also tried switching to a non broken shore zone (orgrimmar) than going back. It does not activate the fallowing spell:

Can confirm. I completed the achievement on my shaman. Neither can my druid fly with a mount nor use the flying travel form. Also restarting and deleting cache did not help.

Confirm. Finished on my main(hunter) and still can't fly on alt characters even though the achievement is shown completed all over the account.

Yes, you & your alts can fly... That's important and useful.. but what they didn't tell you... YOUR SPIRIT CAN FLY! - No more walking to your corpse when you die - extremely useful for your squishy alts!
