[DUPLICATE] Class Hall Chest Item

Bug description: I didn't recieve any item from the class hall chest.. I have m12 cd and only recieve a key and 2 artifact power upgrades..
Can i recieve my item? or i have to wait to next week?

I got the same issue. If possible please confirm this issue very soon!
I know the situation of the new patch works, but it feels very unpleasant for me for not getting any item from CH chest after a week completing M15. And It will be insecure feeling towards the next chest opening to not get any item next next weeks.
Please also confirm that would we get any item this week from this bug. Best regard!

I didn't receive any item from weekly chest either. ( made votw m16 yesterday ) and today i ve got only a new key and AP without an item.

If it makes it any easier to fix it with more proof then here is another picture where i opened my weekly chest and didnt recieve Writhing essence or any gear.

I didnt receive loot from chest hall chest on the first character I opened, only key and ap (no essense either). The rest of my chars received loot normaly. The only difference, if that helps, was that I picked up the quests "Emisary of War" and "Unsettled Power" on this char while the rest that got loot didn't have them yet.

Same here, I had M14 last week and just opened the chest a few moments ago - No item

I also got a 12 key, instead of 13 ? Not sure if this is the way it should work since I completed a 14 last week.
