[REJECTED] Writhing Essences removed from my character after server restart

Bug description: After todays reset i picked up the quest for upgrading lege's to 970, i collected 20 from the M+ weekly, around 16 from ToS LFR, 3 from emmisary and 1 from legionfall supplies, then a server restart at around 11am server time was announced, i logged off, swaped to my second acc to check on the weekly there and logged off, after the server restart i went back on my main char killmanee (https://armory.wow-freakz.com/character/felsong/killmanee) and all of my writhing essence was gone, and my quest was untracked, not removed just untracked, i tought that maybe it was hidden somehow so i did a ToS NM, but i started getting essenced normaly, now i am at 14 essence but i should have had a 970 upgrade by now, can you please do something like mail me the 970 upgrade item and remove all my essences or something like that.
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/nGo63SV - the 3 pictures are: no1 is that i have completed a m20 and earned the weekly chest, our run is recorded on the m+ ladderboards aswell, no2 is that i have completed my emmisary quest for the day aka thats why i dont have any, and no3 is showing that i have done 3 bosses in LFR but i dont have any essences, after 2 ToS bosses have been done and they gave me the essences normaly
