[REJECTED] chaos bolt from rift doesn't do 60% increased damage

Bug description: on 889 gear warlock chaos bolt tooltip states 744.000 dmg, it always crits as stated in tooltip for around 1.4 milion
7.2.5 increased both total dmg of destruction and damage of chaos bolt, but the chaos bolt from rift (artifact ability) states in patch notes that it must deal 60% increased damage ,so about 2 mil dmg chaos bolts from rift

Chaos Bolt cast from the Chaos Bolt rift now deals 60% increased damage.

from 7.2.5 notes

this is not the case as rift or non rift chaos bolt deals same dmg
