[REJECTED] Items lost, server crash / roll back

Details: (optional) I opened my emissary of war chest (cache of fel treasures) yesterday and received a 920 back (I equipped the item then put back on my T19 back) then server crashed.

Today when I logged in I realized there had been a roll back so I opened the chest again and received a 915 back this time and the server crashed again and rolled back.

I opened the chest the 3rd time and the chest was empty I have screen shots if necessary of the empty slot.

The recent activity in my armory shows that I received the back twice.

I would prefer the original back (920) I received to be recovered for me please and thank you.
