[DUPLICATE] [Monk][Chi torpedo] 2 stacks go on cooldown, not 1

Bug description: When i use chi torpedo (upgraded monk roll from PVE talents) both stacks go on cooldown. The normal behaviour is that only 1 of the 2 stacks go on cooldown.
Proof: I have and old Video card and i dont want to record with 5 or 6 fps - sorry but it's an easy one to confirm. If Vouchery will be kind enough to confirm it, i would be grateful. Thank you!
