Confirm, its impossible to loot grey/quest items. Now cant do quests tailoring, warlock campaign and one for val'sharah rep. Looting from chest is correct. Autoloot doesnt help.

I'am also having this problem, but is only when i'm in a dng group. I went to EOZ alone and killed the 2nd boss, and got my quest item..
