Bug description: The hooded priest that is supposed to give me the quest disappears before i can take the quest even after i relog or move to a different location. I tried to move around, relog in spots where she should spawn but nothing seems to work. Without this quest i cant get the artifact weapon or continue playing the character.

I just did it ~10 minutes ago and it works

You can see in the video mine disappears every time i relog and no matter how much i run around she wont appear again, what am i supposed to do?
