Bug description: it looks like bad luck protection not working at all i asked bunch of people the were opening lots of caches doing raids they are getting no legendary
Proof: since we cant proof it at all im asking you to check beacuse it feels like its bugged

I feel the same, i have 6 days played time on my resto shaman (on lvl 110) https://imgur.com/a/A14334u my progress with this shami:

Tons of keys in 7.1.5 and 7.2.5 too and still 1 legendary im around 900il thats clearly not normal.

Demo Lock: 7d played , 3 leggo , img: https://imgur.com/a/1f8wNc6 (i did a really hard progress with this lock)

Holy priest: 2d played , 1 leggo , img: https://imgur.com/a/LLil9Yk
Well as i can see, the first leggo drops so fast (1-2d with normal progress 1raid,10-15keys / week) thats why i linked my rouge and priest.
All of the legendaries that I have dropped in 7.1.5.
I continued my progress in 7.2.5 with my dudu and (as i said) with my shaman and still 0 leggo dropped in 7.2.5
