Bug description: NPC has 1 of 3 seal of broken fate for resource exchange quest. Other 2 quests are missing but listed on npc finder page.
Proof: Anyone can confirm.

Update @ 03-01-2019, 06:16:40

Note: Bonus roll token are quite an important currency. Could this be addressed soon as moment possible? Please. Thanks.
