Script was not working for dungeon(rare) items (like yours https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=137418) which originally are rare but after bonuses (mythic/etc) they become epic. Fixed
Also keep in mind the recover items script https://www.wow-freakz.com/recover_deleted_items.php only handles DELETED gear (by mistake/etc), it does NOT handle disappeared items
