Bug description: Is unaffected by versatility. (Unsure whether it should be or not but it only makes sense it would be.)

--First picture shows heal without a versa buff (concordance) and the second one with.

Tested and works fine for holy:

10m versatility def i feel more healing xD:

In combat log you see that it healed more as i slowly increased my versa.

Oh you are in prot specc... then let's see...

Ok confirmed, versatility doesn't increase your healing with flash of light as prot and ret
