[REJECTED] [Defending Broken Isles] , [The Obliterium Forge]

I can´t complete the quest "Defending Broken Isles" and also "The Obliterium Forge".

Bug description: I can´t complete the quest "Defending Broken Isles" and also "The Obliterium Forge".

1.: I do all worldquests during the attack of the legion in fifth times in a row and the quest doesn´t complete. Also i tryed to delete the cache and to cancel the quest. I have the same problem with my twink.
2.: For the quest "The Obliterium Forge", i can´t see the NPC for completing the quest. The NPC should spawn in the near of the forge, but there is no NPC.

i did the whole quest line but in the end , the last quest (the obliterum forge quest ) , the npc dent spon for me to, to turn it in

Edit:
The Quest "Defending Broken Isles" is not bugged. Was my fault. I forgot to do the scenario after the 4 wq´s (<-- @bebitoi: maybe you do the same fault?).
The Quest "The Obliterium Forge" is still bugged.
