Can't login

I had been away from playing wow freakz about a week, but now i cant login somehow
I did try recover password and type in the password from random password that was gives to me via mail
It still doesnt work
The funny think is, i can login to the freakz web with same id and same password just fine
Am i getting banned, if yes may i know why?
Or u guys have other solution for it

If you can log in on the website you shouldn't be banned Thinking

try deleting cache and/or dl again the launcher.

Your account is not banned, most likely if you had a dynamic IP you got a banned one.
