too many disappeared artifacts weapon

Details: (optional) az you can see ther is too many weapon get disappeared soo in other server when this happen GM just send a (750 stock) weapon for player
as ther is too many other thing to do in start of ptach is best to add a shop in dalaran how can give player any artifact weapon of their class(if is not in bag or in bank) like first start of server .
for my self it happen and cant be do anyting abut it soo at last give me 750 titanstrik back is good .
