Error Code 5 when starting the launcher.

Dear Developers,

I have tried to open the launcher when I received an error code 5
Internal Error #1

Also it worked 4-5 hours ago and now I am unable to star it.
I have tried all troubleshooting in other topics however it did not work.
I have downloaded it again and still not working.
Cleared cache still not working.

I would like to also mention that it is visible in the Task manager.

I am having this error also. Was working all along, until tonight.
