[REJECTED] Undeleted character

I didn't know where to post, so I assumed this is the place, because I basically need to recover something haha. So i undeleted my paladin named Treckie, but when I try to send some artifact synopsis to give him ak40, it says that it's not a valid character on my account, although all my toons are on the same account. I would appreciate if you could make him ak40 and take 1k resources from whatever toon you want on my account. Ty in advance

Cant help with this problem, make a ticket ingame

Check after server restart, and delete wow cache
