Ingrediente:
1 kg carne macra de porc felii de 1,5 sau 2 cm grosime
3 lingurite sare
800 ml vin rosu
piper macinat
coriandru macinat
cimbru
8 catei de usturoi zdrobiti
3 linguri boia dulce
1 lingurita boia iute
6 gogosari taiati felii subtiri
5 linguri ulei
Preparare:
Se amesteca ultimele 10 ingrediente bine bine, apoi se adauga carnea si se va asigura ca toate partile bucatilor de carne sunt in contact cu marinada pe care am pregatit-o anterior.
Se lasa 4 ore sa stea, sa se marineze pentru un plus de aroma, un plus de fragezime.
Intr-o tava unsa cu ulei se rastoarna toate compozitia si se aranjeaza toate bucatile frumos, orizontal.
La 220 de grade se va coace 45 minute, intorcand din cand in cand feliile in sosul format.
Mentiuni:
Se poate servi cu o garnitura simpla, fara multe arome, pt ca aceasta friptura e condimentata. Un pahar de vin rosu poate fi un bun insotitor.
