[Mage] [All Specs] Teleport: Hall of the Guardian

Bug description: When you use this spell 2 times, the second one doesn't teleport you where you used it the first time.

How it should work: Example: I'm in The Broken Shore and i decide to go in my Class Hall; then i use Teleport: Hall of the Guardian. While in that place, once avaiable(1 min CD), i use again that spell to be teleported back to The Broken Shore exactly where i used it first time.
It should work like DK's Death Gate and Monk's Zen Pilgrimage.
