[DUPLICATE] fury of ashamane - artifact trait does not work

Bug description: this should give 600 versatility whenever you activate tiger's fury, as tiger's fury gives 15% damage, and regeneration + instant energy , but there is no versatility proc at all, not on druid not on allies
Proof: there is no proc on spell buffs or change in versatility in character page
