[REJECTED] [General] Dispel on enemy player vs stacking buff

im remaking this post . . . will make myself more clear, tittle was not enough to guess im talking about dispel magic, purge, etc

Bug description: you can dispel multiple stack of the same buff with 1 dispel cast on a ENEMY player like "Lunar Empowerments" and "Solar Empowerments" from druid, "Tidal Waves" from shaman
i think it should only remove 1 effect of a stacking buff

here a exemple of what i mean, before that expension you couldnt remove the 3 stack of lifebloom with 1 dispel

watched some video but couldnt find proff of someone dispelling a stacking buff on a ENEMY player
im not 100% sure its a bug or not in that expansion so if someone could help

Break each dispel and post it separately with proof that it dispel more or less spells that it should.
