Bug description: All the time for upgrade the class hall are wrong 7.2 all time are changed and reduced.
Tier 1: Costs 2 hours and 50 to research; 1 day and 500 to swap. Requires level 100.
Tier 2: Costs 4 hours and 100 to research; 1 days and 2000 to swap. Requires level 105.
Tier 3: Costs 6 hours and 500 to research; 1 days and 2000 to swap. Requires level 110.
Tier 4: Costs 12 hours and 1000 to research; 1 days and 2000 to swap. Requires level 110.
Tier 5: Costs 18 hours and 2500 to research; 1 days and 2000 to swap. Requires level 110.
Tier 6: Costs 18 hours and 5000 to research; 1 days and 2000 to swap. Requires level 110.
Tier 7: Costs 1 day and 10000 to research. Requires level 110 and (Conquista #11846). Costs and 5000 to swap.
Tier 8: Costs 5 days and 15000 to research. Requires level 110.
