WoW Freakz item link: stabilized titan essence
Bug description: when i try to use that item on my shoulders leggo for upgrade i can't..but if i try to use on my legs leggo i can.

I think that's because it is a donated item. As you can see below your char panel it says '' cannot be used on donated items''

If you bought your legendary, wait a bit till the shop opens up, so you can upgrade them for free
