Bug description: Immediately. I am exalted with the Wardens faction and gained additional reputation for the reward.
The achievement made a bug in my reputation interface, I can not see correctly anymore. Now I have a problem, I have exalted reputation achievement with all the Broken Shore factions.
I hope that does not affect me later!

Confirmed. In reputation interface is visual bug. I can't see Valanjar's reputation and sometimes reputations are double.
