Bug description: [113] Court of Stars: Beware the Fury of a Patient Elf
Unable to obtain Melandrus' Spellstone in party group.
Have completed several times on m0 and m+.

Today I did it on Hc difficulty too, none of the party can loot the quest item thus making the quest chain for Achievement "Good Suramaritan" impossible to complete.
EDIT: It seems to be something with looting (like looting bug that we had had a while ago), had to solo it to effectively loot the Melandrus' Spellstone (Hc difficulty btw)

Confirming no one in party was able to loot quest item.
Confirming party was not set to raid.

This is super frustrating!!! Spending hours of rep farming and getting ready to go down the achievement Loremaster of Legion! Now stuck with this bug where I can not proceed beyond it. This is a major let down to all the hard work done so far. Only one left to do to complete the rest is this stupid quest. Running Court of Stars multiple times makes is so frustrating. Solo it does not help as Captain's mobs spawning in his fight stun you permanently - killing you. Why does it have to be like this?? Script the damn thing right and let people continue on their endeavors. Common!!

Please do something im sick of doing the same thing over and over for something that should work especialy when u need this to move forward in the chain and eventualy getting the pathfinder

Complete the Nightfallen But Not Forgotten achievement as well as The Waning Crescent and Blood and Wine stages of the Good Suramaritan achievement
Obtain and complete the Statecraft storyline, requiring two separate bribes of 800 and 1200 to Arluin
Complete the Friends With Benefits quest
