Bug description: There is no image of kalec

i'm blood dk i have artifact level of 38 and my 3rd relic is open so there is should be image kalec but its not in my order hall i didn't got the crystal or something and my search results was it appears after completing wow artifact campaign. as you see i'm completed it and there is no image of kalec. its been like 3 days
