Character Name: Arcanerage
Item Name & ID: Stabilized Energy Pendant (ID 134488) The item was 915.

Details: (optional) As per the screenshot, I got the item at 15/01/2019 - 08:31 pm and server crashed around 11am. I have no idea why it got removed.

Please see below thescreenshot of the item on the armory however, you can check it too as the link is provided above.
Also, I did try the 'recover my item' option and it did not appear.

A solution for this is being looked at by the Developers.
