Bug description: Well, i have 2 character with Engineering, both of them higher than 700 hability. I made the 2 flying machines and i learn it with one char, the problem is when i use the other character (who had Eng 800) i can ride those mounts, i can only ride with 1 character. The mounts appear like unlearned but i have it in my mount collection.
