Bug description: PVP ISSUE: You use AoE spell u flag for PvP even tho pvp is disabled

Well I'm a Monk and usually the spells that tag me on Windwalker Monk are "Strike of the Windlord" the Artifact Spell, Fists of Fury, Whirling Dragon Punch ( Talent ) , Spinning Crane Kick, but this time nothing tagged me I didn't use a spell I was doing the Wolf Legion Assault in Highmountain.
