[REJECTED] Spectral Thurible

Bug description: Trinket does proc but there is no damage output. tested it on mobs and on training dummy's. Didn't do damage once. even on multiple dummy's lined up and targeting the one far in the back. It visual also doesn't show that it launches to the target which it should. The spear appears on your side and then just vanishes after 3sec.

As you can see in the screen shot. i have 12 seconds of uptime on the spear. This means i had 4 procs. There is no damage recorded.
