[DUPLICATE] Drop items from ToS normal are suddenly disappearing from character.

Bug description: I got those 890 ilvl shoulders today from the first boss at ToS (normal). Some hours later, i was doing some skirmishes and noticed that i didn´t have the item. Tried to search it on inventory to see if he was just unequiped or if it just completely disappeared. BTW, the item just got lost.
To prove that i´ve got the item you can see on ss that it is saved on my shoulders collections, and on the other ss u can check/confirm that at some moment i had the item (sadly i don´t have ss of the drop).

Hope can i get my item back, since the wowfreakz website tool to recover lost items didn´t worked for me too. (Proof on ss)

This can be on all difficulties
- i lost a trinket from HC, a mate from guild lost even legendary droped in tos
