Bug description: I have already did this once with the Nightfallen but now I can't do it once again.

u can't complete that again if u did first time..this happend with every paragon reputation..just relog and will disappear...and is bug...and rep is lost when u are doing more then 10k..should add for next paragon.

NPC has no reward. I can see the yellow question mark on minimap, but NPC doesn't have the quest.
