[FIXED] [Paladin][Protection] Avenger's Shield does AoE interrupt

Bug description: Avenger's shield should silence only the main target that is being used upon , i noticed this on the previous trash pack pull and tried to reproduce it here in this clip, i managed to do it 3 times during that dungeon, as u can see from the clip, avenger's shield is being used on the champion on the right side of the screen and the jump hits the mystic too , and it interrupts its heal spell.

Tested myself to confirm this and indeed Avenger's Shield interrupts all targets that are getting hit by it (later).

Main target was champion as in combat log shown, thundercaller got interrupted before the cast even goes off.

Notice it is only the interrupt part that's bugged, the silence works correct on just 1 target.
