Bug description: Damage is not corect and low. Simulations says my trink should do minimum 149k as it says in the tooltip but it does 138k.

The trinket uses 10% delta variance, meaning that the 149k damage you see in the tooltip is actually a range between 134k (-10%) and 164k (+10). (134+164) / 2 = 149k
