Bug description: The talent can store up to 2 charges and for some reason if you have 2 stacks both get consumed when you cast flash heal ( if you have 1 stack it works fine since only 1 gets consumed but if you have 2 both get consumed for only 1 cast of the spell)
Proof: https://imgur.com/a/qj4Rakh no idea if this is enough if it isnt i will make a video but you can easily test this
