Details: (optional) Well i am not quite sure if this is the right topic where to post it but i had no other idea.. I wanted to obtain this mount through vote points and i sent them to my char but i never obtained the mount even after relog but my vote points are missing

Mounts get added to collection directly. Check mounts tab and tell

Yeak i know that but i was not in my collection as the image on imgur shows but it is there already
